I really wanted to like this exchange, but the withdrawal process was a huge letdown. I requested a withdrawal days ago, and I ended up waiting almost a week to actually see the funds in my account. I was getting anxious because I needed the money for something else, and every time I contacted support, I just got generic replies that didn’t really help much.I will say, though, that eventually, the funds did arrive, so I can’t say they completely scammed me. But I honestly don’t understand why it took so long. If they can improve on the processing time and be more transparent about delays, it would be a lot better. For now, I’m not sure if I’ll be using this platform again for anything urgent.
