The website states that refunds are available but they are NOT! You will eat it. FALSE ADVERTISING. These guys are crooks. I couldn't find an installer in California, and they won't give me my money back. There is no restrictions stated on their website refund policy, yet they will not return emails or give a refund. The reply is not true. In our emails, we have never discussed return mail costs. I would pay them. Also, you offered a 20% refund. Your return policy states nothing about a partial refund. I would expect a full refund if I paid to ship it back to you.
