This company has a great website and products too must be by the one sample I got from them. The manager of the company Mr Joy, is very helpful and cooperative. However, there are issues to be dealt with, that I have given as feedback to the manager. The workers of the company are not very clear in communication and for delivery etc, I had to chase them and when I did not get a resolution from them then eventually I had to insist on speaking to the manager of the company and he expedited my delivery which was delayed because of the backend people. A little bit of an attitude shift is needed wherein customer service is given prime importance.
