Worst customer support. I placed order on 31st August and today is 17th September, they haven't delivered my order. When I inquired about it they told me they will check and let me know in 10 mints. I made several calls later on but they disconnected it. Kindly save yourself from the horrible experience.Edit: I have received assurance that I will get my order. Will edit again after receiving the order.Edit: I have not yet received my order. Today is October 8th. I have sent them my updated address and messaged and called them but to no avail. They told me that my package will get delivered on my new address in one day.Everytime they as me the same questions and say they will get back to me. Neither they are giving me refund nor are they sending my package. I had ordered twice earlier and had no difficulty, but god knows what has happened to their logistics in between that it has become such a headache to order from them. I would not recommend anyone to order from them. They are not even replying now.
