Bro, I will never forget the time I ordered a cardigan and then decided that I didn't want it. So I contacted them to say that I didn't want the piece. (Mind you, I had ordered all 5 pieces from them and I loved them.) It was a Demon Slayer cardigan. I don't remember the name. I didn't like the color, so I emailed them. They told me I should have expected a refund. This was done on 07/11/24. After I got a notification on 09/11/24 that it was being delivered, I then asked them, "Yo, what's up? Why am I not getting my money back? Why are you still sending it to me?" Unfortunately, I was too smooth-brained at that time; I was dealing with the death of a family member to check if they sent me my refund. These guys literally gaslighted me, saying that I was the one at fault for not canceling on time, when I literally canceled it after I ordered it!
