Honestly have had the worst experience with them. At first I got an email saying the item I ordered didn't pas the quality check and I needed to wait longer which was fine. I waited about 2 months before I reached out to customer service, they where very unhelpful at first not giving me any idea about how long it still was gonna take. When it was finally ready, they so called didn't have my info anymore and I needed to resend it so they could send me a tracking code. After then finally receiving my tracking code and package after 4 months extra it turned out they send the wrong size I orderd an L and got an S. Contact customer support again and after complaining for quite a bit they where only willing to resolve this by refunding 50% of the product since everything is custom made. They initiated the so called refund which would take 2 to 7 business days. Immediately after I received an email saying that due to a glitch in their system the refund was mistakenly initiated twice and if I could pay them the double refund back. I told them I was willing to do so after I saw the refund on my account this is about month ago. I till this day have not received any refund. So basically they were trying to get me to pay more money instead of helping me out with issue they created.
