I have purchased from this company at least 14 times, and every time I have never been disappointed and have always been more than happy with the overall experience. I recently received my latest order which was the Howl Cardigan, Calcifer T-Shirt, Cat Cardigan, and Spirit Cardigan. I absoutely adore every piece so much, they're all so comfy to wear and the quality is so amazing. I also received a canvas print, a thank you note, and stickers. Like I said never been disappointed and so happy to add these beautiful pieces to my collection. I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but I think a lot of people are being extremely unfair and completely skipping over or just not reading the timelines at all. I think many people believe each drop or collection is in stock or on hand. It states on their website, unless said otherwise that everything is pre-order. From my understanding, it takes an estimated wait time of 6 months from production to delivery. So, of course, you're not going to receive it in like 2 or 3 months, which I have noticed a lot of people expect from this small business. Trust me, I get 6 months being a long time to wait, but I can happily say as a customer that the wait is worth it and you will always receive your product. I think a lot of people tend to overlook Stitch Spring as not being a small business, which they are. Just because they gained a lot of popularity, but at the end of the day they're still a small business, and from what I have learned it's a small team that does everything from planning and launching the drops/collections, production, to shipping. Everything they make is also handmade as well, it's not meant to be handled roughly, and more so for casual or cosplay wear. The buttons tend to be loose on some pieces, but personally I don't mind that because if I want them more secure then I can just add an extra stitch myself, but I noticed that when buttons are securely sewn into the piece there is a greater chance of it breaking off from the tension. Stitch Spring also has an amazing Discord community as well, where you can chat and hang out with other Stitch Spring customers, and they're so welcoming along with their staff/mod team. I have noticed, though, the staff/mods are treated a lot like customer service when they state everywhere that if you have any specific order inquiries to contact their customer service, because they're absolutely right, the staff there are not customer service. The staff there are so nice though and so helpful, but it's so heartbreaking for some people to take their frustaions and impatience out on them when they really only know so much information so it's always best to contact their customer service if you need further help so there staff team doesn't get overwelmed. I have noticed recently there was delays especially everything going on right now with the tarrifs but their staff has been so helpful and commincative on updates and reassuring me that I will still be receiving my items it's just taking a little longer than usual but that's okay because I know it will be worth it. I would 100% purchase from this company, overall you won't regret it, and I can promise you that you will have a great experience like myself has had every single time I have placed an order and received it, making me a very happy customer.
