Knocking one star off b/c while I was notified my order had been received, I didn't get confirmation when it was shipped or when a way to track the shipping. Overall love the backpack. The following three things would make it even better: a hook for hanging a water bladder (perhaps where backpack straps are stored), a clasp for securing keys, and an optional dopp kit or toiletries bag.
