Unfortunately I have to write this review, but however I promote start-ups I believe they have some serious work to do at their customer service.
I ordered a promising backpack on 22th of october 2025. The delivery took about a few months, so eventually I ordered another one at the competition Salomon.
After a very very long while I got the news that the bag arrived in customs and extra taxes were needed. Surprising because I already payed taxes in the UK, but I could have known this ofcourse. I decided to let it be returned to sender and cancel the order - since I already was enjoying a nice alternative for a few months.
I contacted Stolt for a refund, a few times through mail, a few times through whatsapp. No response nor refund whatsoever...
I gave them a few chances to rectify this situation, but unfortunately there was no action nor response from their side.
A very expensive mistake!
