From the very start, the team were responsive, engaged with our needs, and very happy to send samples across and evolve the design based on our changes. We also visited the showroom for ideas and Chloe did a great back and forth. Chris was great at making sure the survey and the technical aspects were accurate before installation. He joined on day one of install with Rob, who was the installer and what was great after the work was all done, they came back for our sign off.
