My experience was terrible. I wanted to buy sheets and a comforter, but was told I needed to make a down payment. A representative informed me that if I didn't, my order would take 90 days to cancel. I found out I had no credit available, despite being told I had a limit. Overall, this service is disappointing, and I plan to close my account soon.
