Update on my experience: After posting my 1-star review, I received an email from the company. Their contact information is different from what is shown here. I will keep everyone posted on whether I receive a refund and how long it takes. I ordered six bottles of a product, and upon opening them, I found that the seals were damaged and the cotton inside was partially burned. I promptly contacted their support team with photos seeking clarification. I sent the email three times, and it’s been over two and a half months without any response.
