Delivery was scheduled for the 5th. After waiting for 6 hours, I called to find out they couldn't locate the pallet and rescheduled it for the 8th. I specified it needed to arrive before 2 PM due to a hospital appointment. They agreed. On the 8th, it wasn't delivered by 2 PM, so I left for my appointment. Upon returning at 4 PM, the driver called to say he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived, he complained about navigating a narrow road, despite buses using it regularly and previous deliveries having no issues. Unpleasant driver and poor customer service. I do not recommend this service.
