I've been a customer for several years, making multiple purchases, and everything has consistently worked well and arrived as described. However, the delivery service can be somewhat problematic, with slow or unpredictable delivery times and poor communication from the delivery team. Staying in touch with them throughout the delivery process via customer support or phone is advisable. As a resident in the EU, I've never faced issues with taxes or fees. Thank you! :-)
