I cancelled my membership last month as I hadn't ordered anything, yet they still charged my card. Now, they’ve charged my account again. I've emailed multiple times to confirm the cancellation, but the deductions continue. It's frustrating that despite cancelling, my account is still being charged. Be cautious with this shop, as even after cancelling, they may still take your money and the refunds are often incomplete. I never intended to shop here in the first place.
