I placed an order with this company on February 25th, and by March 4th, a decision had already been made not to purchase my iPhone. Since then, it is now March 17th, and I have sent three separate emails requesting updates — all of which have been completely ignored.There has been zero communication, no clarity on what is happening with my device, and no tracking information provided. I have also received no confirmation about when or how my iPhone will be returned to me, or who is responsible for the shipment.This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers' personal property. I will absolutely be sharing this experience online to warn others about the poor service and lack of professionalism from this company.If i could leave 0 stars i would, I've done business with so many other phone buying company's this is by far the worst one in the last decade. DONT consider anything from them.
