Printed my label, mailed my phone in via Fed Ex as required. Continued to get emails from Stopoint reminding me to mail in my phone. I verified with Fed Ex it was delivered. Received confirmation of date, time and who accepted the shipment. Sent Stopoint emails through their on-line dashboard that they had my phone. Said they would check into it, but they never responded after that. Finally contacted support. Support stated, they checked the "tracking and it says that it arrived and we looked we did not find anything from you. Fedex never delivered it." Although they said they would compensate me - the money has not shown up in my account yet. Hopefully it will. They never accepted responsibility or apologized. I spent way too much of my own time tracking down information they should have checked on and their lack of response is unacceptable - my emails to them still show as unread.
