It has been three weeks since my iPhone was delivered to Stopoint. I have not received any notification from them that my phone was received nor have I received payment. Three follow up emails, one online service request and a phone call have gone unanswered. My account is linked to PayPal and Stopoint's policy says that payment is issued within 24 hrs after product is accepted. The status of my order says that payment has been processed - yet I still have no payment in my account. The phone # listed rings and rings until a recording comes on that says "Sorry, the memory is full, please try again later."My first experience with Stopoint was outstanding so I am surprised at the lack of response regarding this order.
