(Apparently telling the truth is frowned upon here so I had to edit my review). Sent my Apple Watch to Stopoint, which took a week to get there (not advertised up front when shipping); they get the product and send me a message saying it's locked and still linked to my account. However, I unlinked the watch myself and verified via iCloud the device is NOT on my account anymore once they told me this. They told me I could unlink the account myself and I followed the stepson provided, which AGAIN showed NO signs of a watch anywhere on my iCloud account; they also provided a link to removing it, which was dead. The other offers were to "return" or "recycle" it. Again, I unlinked the device AND reset it to factory settings. AFTER they confirmed that they had sent my item back to me (hopefully undamaged), THEN they wanted to call and message me explaining that they could've helped me unlink it (although I still have NO PROOF it is linked to my iCloud) if I would have called them or sent an email. Is that option advertised anywhere on their website? NO. It's very cut and dry with the options provided. Nowhere does it say "if this doesn't work, we can help you do it." You'd be better off selling your device to someone on the street.
