In the end Stopoint resolved the sale of my iPhone to my satisfaction, but I would not do business with them again. When I submitted my phone for sale the claimed that their testing showed I still owed money on the phone to AT&T and as such they could not unlock it (not true). I worked with them and AT&T for over a month but we could not resolve the issue. I told them to send the phone back. The phone doesn't arrive so after a month I call them. I get the excuse of "So sorry but it is still on the testing bench, we forgot to send it." For various reasons I had them re-test the phone before sending it back. Same result, so I again requested the phone be returned to me.Two weeks later I still don't have the phone so I call them again. Guess what the excuse is:"So sorry but it is still on the testing bench, we forgot to send it."I call BS on them and that I will not take that story any more, She apologizes and asks me to wait on the line while they look into it.When she returns to the line I get the truth. They have lost my phone, POOF GONE, but will complete the sale at the price quoted. To their credit I received the check and had no issues depositing it.I do believe though that I was strung along for months with lies about "still owing money on the phone / cant unlock" while the phone was actually lost by them.Your experience may vary, but I would not risk it again.
