This company is a hassle. When I sent my phone in they told me it was not at all what i said it was, when i have the original box from when i bought it new. So they reduced my price and told me my screen was broken, I told them i left the screen protector on the phone so that it would not crack in the mail, so they took off more money. When i called them they hung up on me. I left multiple voicemail messages with them and emailed the contact email on their website. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE THEY ARE TERRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE. I was SCAMMED!!!!!
