I have 2 Kobra 3 combo's and a Kobra 3 Max combo and am very happy with them all. What little problems I have had support has helped me fix the issues. I have had a great printing experience with all 3 printers. No issues out of the box for any of them. Support responds quickly when they are in the office and are always polite and knowledgeable.
