When I unpacked my 3D printer, I discovered that the top door hinge was broken, causing the door to sag and making it impossible to open it more than 80 degrees — which is quite inconvenient. I contacted Anycubic support and sent them a video showing the defect. I could have also shared the unpacking footage from my home security camera, but I didn’t bother editing it into a timelapse because I'm lazy.Despite this, they didn’t request any additional proof. Support quickly replied that they would send replacement parts and asked for my address. Within a week, the parts were shipped.About a week and a half later, I noticed that the model cooling fan started making an unusual noise. I simply sent a video of the sound, and within 12 hours, they responded that they would send a replacement part.Anycubic’s customer support is absolutely fantastic! They respond quickly and handle issues with care and efficiency. Their customer loyalty is truly impressive — I love this company!
