Very prompt response from customer service and reasonable. I thought a screen protector came pre-installed because the screen protector box shipped empty. I then ruined the screen in my ignorance. I communicated this issue to customer service, they showed me how to disassemble the printer to verify the damage. They sent a new screen after I showed what happened. Do not believe google promoting an old Reddit thread about AnyCubic. Printer has been working great, slicing software has been working great.
