Had some issues with a printer where the module of the print head became damaged, and wouldn't pull new filament into the print head. I originally thought it was a temperature problem. Customer support was able to assist and understood that my problem was misidentified and the real problem was a faulty module. They agreed the unit needed to be replaced and have dispatched parts for replacement. As long as the support team continues to work diligently with customers they shall have no issues.
