After sending the logs to Anycubic regarding an abnormal motor rotation in my Anycubic Ace Pro they promptly are sending a motherboard for the fix. I hope that this is the fix and not a different issue. Haven't received the product yet and it sucks that something is broken and I haven't had the product for 30 days yet. Regardless, good customer service that helped me throughout the process and willing to work with you to help fix problems you have.
