I setup my anycubic kobra 3 combo with the aceprounit above the printer but the cable that connects the acepro and the printer was not long enough so I went on the anycubic site to find a longer cable and i could not find one.Anyway I contacted anycubic to see if there was any reason why i could not extend the standard cable to which they replied the next day and told me that there was not a longer cable at present ,so i replied that my only option was to extend the existing standard one.i then got an email asking for my details and they saidthat they were sending me another cable so thanks to Suarez for that.I am so pleased with the fast response from anycubicso well done to all of customer supportDavid
