I purchased some devices, but the signal cable from the printer to the system was missing from the package. I requested the spare part from support and have been waiting for a response since Saturday. Without the signal cable, I cannot use the printer. I sent a message through the platform where I bought the combo, but the auto-reply suggests opening a ticket for a response, usually within an hour, instead of the 3 days for disputes. Unfortunately, I received no reply and will likely end up in a dispute. Only advertising emails seem to work on their side, and I am very disappointed, as many others here.
