I find the Anycubic Support very easy to deal with. Bell is great. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for them to get back to you but there is a time difference, so just be aware of that. Also if you haven't received a reply then check your spam folder. As long as you supply some pictures and a description of your issue, they will always assist. Really for me just based on after service alone, I wouldn't think twice about buying another Anycubic product.
