I had an issue with my Anycubic printer and I want to highlight how fast and helpful their customer support has been. After a few troubleshooting attempts with the assistance team, they confirmed the problem and they are already sending me the replacement parts.Great company with real attention to customers. For now I’m waiting for the parts to arrive, but so far my experience has been very positive. Thank you!
