Representatives do not read messages and ignore context. I had an LCD break after owning the unit for 40 days. I asked if they could extend that period. They ignored that. I wanted to cancel an order and they told me that I had to return it because it was delivered. Well part of the order was delivered but a part of the order that I wanted to cancel has not been shipped. It was waiting for fulfillment for nearly a month.
