My experience with Anycubic has been one big disappointment. Instead of receiving a reliable product, I have spent months dealing with warranty claims, replacing parts, and waiting endlessly.In my experience, the quality of their printers has dropped to zero. Not a single printer has arrived without me having to start a warranty claim immediately after unboxing it. A defective motherboard, bent or damaged components, and repeated issues — and the same solution every time: “we will send another replacement part.”A customer should not have to act as a service technician at home, gradually rebuilding a brand-new printer piece by piece. After two months of troubleshooting, the issue should have been fully resolved, not prolonged with more experiments.Support communicates, but the system of handling issues is inefficient and exhausting. My trust in the brand is now completely gone.After this experience, I will not be purchasing Anycubic products again.
