I placed an order on March 14, for 24‑hour shippin printer. No updates at all until March 18.On March 18, I opened a support ticket — no response.On March 19, I requested order cancellation — again, no response. At that point, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. On March 20, I finally received a refund via PayPal, not thanks to the store, but only because of PayPal’s intervention.Customer support is completely nonexistent, communication is zero, and shipping promises are not respected.Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this store at all.
