Finally, the problem with the auto-level was solved after more than a month of struggle. During this time, the level sensor was replaced twice, and a little later, the print head signal cable, the print head PCBA, and the level sensor again. All parts except for one sensor were sent by the support team. I hope this was the first and last major breakdown, and I will finally cross the 1,000-hour printing threshold, which is about 5 hours away. 🙂
