A circuit board had a piece come off of my Ace Pro (filament gone awry within enclosure). I described the issue and included photos of the part. I heard back from tech support within the day. They acknowledged my need for the part and said they would process the claim. A day or two later I received an email stating that the part had shipped and was given a tracking #. So far, so good. I could not have asked for better service. I'm assuming I'll have the part and have it back up and running before long.
