The support team was quick to answer my initial ticket and sent a part to try to resolve my issue. Due to the error I was getting, it could have been one of several parts so it took a few tries to get the correct one ordered. Each time, Obi was there with an answer and link to send the next part after I told him what happened with the last part that was delivered. It turns out that I needed another extruder due to mishandling and breaking a piece on the first one I was sent. Once the new one was installed, the printer worked no errors!Overall I am very pleased with the service provided from Anycubic on the Kobra S1 printer.
