I purchased the 4-User Solidcom SE Pro Headsets directly from Hollyland around 2 months ago. I conducted extensive research on them and their competitors, as intercom systems are expensive, and it was my first time getting an intercom system. After a while, I bit the bullet and purchased these pricier headsets, and it was well worth the price.Since then, my team has only had raving reviews about these headsets. Although these are on the cheaper side of their headsets, it has functioned really well. The quality seems pretty decent, the battery life is good, and most of all, the sound quality is fantastic, with no transmission delay. My team members have been raving about these headsets and want more for our future events.Hollyland did a well-thought-out job designing their headsets.- Props to Hollyland for including two batteries per headset, enabling us to achieve nearly 100% uptime, as our events range from 2-hour sessions to multiple 14-hour days. The batteries are easy to replace.- Having an LED within your FOV indicating if you are muted is super helpful.- The microphone swings forward and back, allowing you to position it on either your left or right side, which is also extremely helpful.These small quality-of-life features are what make these headsets stand out.I also had a good experience with their customer service. As I was looking into purchasing more headsets, I needed to know if we could buy two sets and mix & match the number of headsets per master. Hollyland Customer Service was very responsive. (The answer is yes, you can mix and match remote headsets with any master, but you cannot connect the masters together.)Additionally, the shipping times were fast! I got the headsets 2 days after I placed my order.Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Hollyland. I would purchase from them again and recommend that people take a look at their products.
