I was told about renters rights in 2014 after I sold my condo. I was told by the apartment manager at an apartment complex that it is in every rental agreement in California that renters have the RIGHT to a quiet and peaceful life in that apartment complex and others. I then needed to address that same issue at another apartment complex just recently when the Apartment Manager said it was not their responsibility to give all tenants a quiet and peaceful life.
