Received a phone call today from the team at Storefirst regarding my payment that was due. Resolved the matter within 3 minutes after clarifying the new card details and confirming postcode on the card. So rather than letting payment problems arise they proactively contacted me to make sure the payment went through.Just another example of excellent customer service from the team at Storefirst Rushden. They are all very helpful and friendly, always let me use the meeting room and other facilities, they hold parcels for me that are delivered to the unit; I've been a customer of Storefirst since December 2023 and I'm happy to be associated with such a pleasant team.
