Received a warm welcome when we walked in, and as the conversation progressed the young lady remembered us and was very helpful throughout. She went through everything again, as it was June when I last had a moving date, which unfortunately fell through.She explained how things would go on the day, and said if we had any questions or concerns to phone in and they would be answered. It makes such a difference when you are treated in this way, and the service is the same, whether you phone in, or call into the reception area.
