Lured me in with a decent rate then more then doubled the rate in 3 months. I'm not referring to the promotional rate. The roof leaks water (see photo). The temperature controlled storage is 90 degrees in summer and 50 degrees in winter. They also only have 1 drive in bay which is nearly always full. Hallways often have trash laying around. Don't get suckered in. Go somewhere else. I wish I had never rented here.Update: I called and spoke with the local manager before. I was told the price was doubling because of unforeseen increases in wood cost. Yeah...wood caused my rate to double in 3 months. No. It's your greed and disregard for customers. He sightly reduced the increase for 6 months and NOW it's fully doubled after 9 months. Don't act like calling will help or that you actually care about customers. I really wish you would not have tricked me into spending my time and money moving to your greedy facility from an actual decent storage provider. Imagine if this dirty practice was legal with home rentals.
