By that point, I felt completely put off. I had reached out earlier in the day through WhatsApp and was assured the details would be sent, but they were incredibly slow and unhelpful.Their system failed to process my booking in time, despite payment being taken almost 24 hours in advance. No apology, no proper support, and now I’ve missed the event. They’ve also ignored my refund request. I was really looking forward to it, but the customer service and experience were deeply disappointing.I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone expecting a smooth or reliable experience.
