I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I ordered a $130 bag for a Christmas present on December 19th. The tracking has updated ONE time since, on December 23rd. It’s now December 30th, and there have been zero updates to tracking (mind you, this package is going from NJ to VT, not overseas). I would expect this kind of service ordering a $10 package from Shein, not an expensive bag. All the recipient wanted was to have it for NYE but that ship has sadly sailed. Every customer service representative for this company has offered no additional help and has just regurgitated the same information I am privy to on the tracking. Save yourself the time and stress and order from literally any other store.
