I went to the Regent Street store and purchased a top and earrings. The cashiers are now using iPhones which don’t accept Amex payments so the woman needed to move me along to the next till, when doing so the earrings didn’t get passed on but I was still charged. I have the receipt and time stamp and reached out online asking them to check this but received really poor customer service from Dexter online who then ended the conversation mid way through. Didn’t listen to my concern just kept saying ‘go to the store’ but didn’t have solution to the fact I can’t go to the store in a city I don’t live. A very unfortunate mistake from their cashier and even worse customer service online.
