I had been visiting Liverpool with friends and bought a lovely bracelet from the store. Staff and store were great. I returned home to Belfast and two days later the bracelet had broken. I had emailed customer services but was told to address it for an exchange or refund I would need to revisit the store. Given that this is an online store also it is very disappointing that this is the only option available but even more disappointing is the quality of the product.
