Picked up the "too small" package in the evening, not possible the clothing was in it, but "too big" for the jewelry. I was right. It was only the jewelry in a "too big" package.I'm shocked because I didn't get any email saying that they couldn't deliver what I ordered. So they do not have at all any customer service !In the evening I wrote an email, but on Thursday 30 January 2025 at 8h37, I called their customer service.Had this rude man on the phone who found it nearly normal that they do not inform clients when they are not able to deliver the requested items, because there is a discrepancy between the reality and what's shown on their website which is not updated in time! He found I was "too long" in my explanation and "couldn't change anything" and "had no time to continue the phone conversation". And he hung up.And till now, they still didn't answer my email.This was my first, and will be my last time I buy from their website !
