I wasted two weeks of my life waiting for my order and dealing with customer support. First, the order was delayed by a week, and I got an apology email (fine, it’s sale season, I get it). Then they shipped the order, but I didn’t get any email or notification about it – nothing.Later, the courier couldn’t deliver my package to the pickup point I selected, claiming it was an incorrect address (Really? I picked it from your website, I didn’t enter it manually). And no one informed me about this. NO ONE. I only found out by checking the tracker in my account.I contacted support, and they told me everything was sorted and my package would be delivered in a couple of days. After two more days, I reached out again, and they told me my order was processed as a return, and they couldn’t resend the same items to me. And, of course, the items are sold out on the website now. I still haven’t gotten my money back either.NEVER ordering from you again. This is absolutely unacceptable.
