Ordered twice in early November. Both orders failed completely.First order: confirmed as complete, then cancelled without any notification. Only found out weeks later when I chased.Second order: payment taken, two weeks of silence. Finally told it was “on its way” on 19th Nov. Then & Other Stories requested the courier return it on 21st Nov (visible on tracking). Refunded without explanation.I’d explicitly requested NO refund and needed items for work. They ignored my instructions completely and did the opposite.Customer service offered 20% off – but only for online orders. Why would I order online again after two failures?Reviewing other recent reviews here, I’m clearly not alone. Pattern of failed deliveries, poor communication, inadequate service.It’s deeply disappointing to see consistent negative reviews going back months with the same issues. They keep failing customers yet nothing improves. I’ve completely lost trust in this brand and will not shop with them again.Avoid online shopping with this brand. Physical stores only if you must.
