I ordered a jumper and there was enough time from the date of placing my order to delivery, before I travel abroad. However, days passed and my order was not dispatched. I emailed 3 times before I had an answer from someone, ignoring my questions about delays and the fact that I traveled abroad soon ( I gave them exact day). When I kept insisting to tell me why it was delayed- I was told they were busy with their orders! I explained this was going to arrive after I leave, but they did not care much. The most useless customer service ever, because they don’t even bother to read emails properly. Then they refunded my shipping fee, measly £3 and something as ‘an apology’. Never mind the order was delayed and I am not going to be there. And I was planning to take this jumper with me in my travel. Luckily I put my work address, so I asked my colleague to keep it for me. When I came back, opened the package, it was such a disappointment. Difference in the colour, no shape, sleeves too long and too tight around my waist. Then I saw they charge you to return it 😂. Horrible company, I would never order from them any more.
