Bought a brown satin top from Oxford Circus store paid £80. Washed before wearing followed instructions to the tee and washed on its own. It gathered at the back down the seam and came out with snags all over it. Customer service online won’t deal with me as it was bought in store and they apparently don’t have the ability to deal with store transactions even though I have the receipt and photos. I live 3 hours from London and it was a once a year trip and no stores near me so I have just lost £80 as can’t return to store. For a supposedly ‘high end’ retailer this is shocking customer service and in this day and age they can’t deal with store bought orders?? Wouldn’t get this service from Mint Velvet or another premium brand !! Avoid this brand their clothing is clearly terrible quality as is their customer service.
